Refund policy
Free returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, either come into store were online order returns are accepted or use the following link to create your free returns label: Royal Mail Returns Label.
For exchanges, you have 28 days after receiving your item to visit our store to exchange for a different product or credit note.
Click and Collect
Click and collect orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours after purchase, however please do bear in mind at busier periods this may take longer and you should wait until you have received a notification to collect your order before travelling to our store. All click and collect orders should be collected within 14 days of purchase, after this time your order with be automatically cancelled and a refund issued back on to the original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
